1. Artisan Craft Nature
All SHELLORA items are genuinely handmade from natural Sri Lankan coconut shells. Because each coconut shell has its own distinct curvature, thickness, fibrous grain, and natural shade variations, no two items will ever be identical. Minor variations from website photographs are natural hallmarks of authentic artisan craft, not manufacturing defects.
2. Order Inquiries and Placement
Generating a WhatsApp order message or submitting an online contact inquiry does not constitute a legally binding transaction until our store team confirms item availability, custom engraving specifications, delivery fees, and total pricing directly with you.
3. Custom Personalization Accuracy
For personalized and engraved creations (such as named key tags, couple plaques, or engraved pendants), customers are responsible for providing correct spelling and accurate dates.
