1. Order Processing Time
Standard in-stock items are packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Custom engraved or personalized items (such as key tags with custom names, couple plaques, or customized bowl sets) typically require 2–4 business days for hand-carving, polishing, and natural oil drying before dispatch [REVIEW REQUIRED: Adjust based on workshop queue].
2. Delivery Timeframes & Rates (Sri Lanka)
- Western Province (Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara): Typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Other Districts / Outstation: Typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery Fees: Standard courier delivery fees [REVIEW REQUIRED: approx. LKR 350 - 450 depending on parcel weight] will be confirmed via WhatsApp prior to final shipment.
3. International Orders
We happily accommodate international orders for Sri Lankan handmade crafts. International courier charges and delivery timelines are quoted individually via WhatsApp (0762931027) or email (siimasha2004@gmail.com) depending on country of destination.
4. Damaged Items & Returns
Because each piece is handmade and customized, returns are accepted exclusively for items damaged during transit or severe crafting discrepancies:
- Please inspect your parcel upon arrival.
- In the rare event an item arrives damaged, send a clear photograph or unboxing video to our WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt.
- Upon verification, we will promptly carve and dispatch a complimentary replacement.
